The Secure type is a stable and positive emotional connection marked by caring, intimacy, support, and understanding in a love relationship. This type of people sees themselves as friendly, kind, and likeable people, and also sees others as generally friendly, reliable, and trustworthy. They are very approachable to others, and are always comfortable relying on others and letting others depend on themselves. In general, they are neither overly concerned about being abandoned nor overly concerned about others being too close to them emotionally. Regardless of our own attachment style, finding someone with a secure attachment style to be our partner is a good thing for us. About 60-65% of the population are secure.
