This dude is ******* tricky to type with how little screentime he had, but I think he definitely seems to be more TI/Fe than Te/Fi. He actually has a very nicely developed inf Fe, trying to make himself feel approachable ("I'm Hazuki, but you can call me Haz" [giving himself a nickname to try and make himself appear like someone that will be there to listen to you as another person]) and asking questions about the world Rindo lives in to try and understanding his feelings and what motivates him to fight for the city and feel unsatisfied when he accomplishes this. However due to his Fe being inferior, he tends to have trouble being able to process the emotions behind Rindo's 2 fix and instead, processes it as a very weird thought process of being more greedy than the intent, which is also why he exorcised Kubo. I don't think a Te/Fi user would be interested in learning such values and motivations like he wanted to know from Rindo, rather understand the actions themselves and what a person would commit to such lengths, rather than what motivates them to commit said actions. Notice how he asks for Rindo's feelings about the city and what it means to him, rather than his thoughts and outlook of the city. He has a very Ti-Ne curiosity to understanding the world, with his tert Si and inf Fe causing him to question the way humans live as well due to what he is familiar with and his troubles being able to understand what the people of the lower planes desire. I honestly wanna see more of this guy because I think he could be extremely fun to type further if we get more of him.
