I got to tell you, a very underrated character that reminds me a lot of Akane Tsunemori, who only got better in cases after cases. And that makes sense considering that this mangaka also was the one who made character designs for Psycho-Pass. Definitely an ESE and Social 9 too, Ni PoLR was quite obvious from his inability to figure hidden events at first (exactly Akane) but only got better and better as far as his experience goes to solve a sort of problems (male Tsunemori for real), many of them without needing that much of help from Ron who only gave him some clues and he immediately understood what was going on to solve given cases. The problem is, instead of a bulldog like Kogami, he got a devil Ron as his partner.
