It's a close call to me betwen ENTJ and ESTJ, but I see it a bit this way. ENTJ: first glance academic weapon, but uses the image to game the system. ESTJ: Absolute actual academic weapon. Does not care about how that connects to the outer world. Does not waver if they cannot find a way to benefit from their effort enough in ways not directly related to love of academia. I find they're both pretty good, but the one I'd trust to remain an academic weapon, even if the road starts leading away from their goals is the ESTJ. Sometimes they benefit more towards their goals because of this, too. It's not an end result, just a thing I've found.
