Edit: I switch to INFJ, as the traditions and rituals we do have its spiritual meanings and effects to make sure the new year is lucky for the whole family (details below). Either way its is IxFJ, don't stress it. Asian here, literally just do the same things every year, same decorations, same flowers, really boring and tiring, just for the sake of the whole family to get together after the whole year, even when some don't want to lol. Over emphasize on traditions and family, pretty Si Fe, but Si Te to me personally as I'm forced to do so, could be some sort of Ne Ni due to its meaning.

Lunar New Year refers to the holiday celebrating the beginning of a Chinese calendar year which is based on the lunar calendar or lunisolar calendar (春節). Lunar New Year is particularly celebrated in East and Southeast Asia. Traditions include cleaning before the New Year, to 'sweep away' last year's things (大掃除), a reunion dinner (年夜饭) on New Year's Eve where traditional foods symbolising good things or having good homophonic meanings are consumed, decorations with red banners and patterns, the giving of red envelopes filled with money(红包/ 利是) to the young by adults, lion and dragon dances (舞獅, 舞龍), visiting relatives and friends (拜年) with special red boxes full of traditional sweets (全盒), and visiting temples to offer incense (上香). Each year, Lunar New Year is symbolized by a unique Chinese Zodiac and Element. The Chinese Zodiacs for each year cycle between Rat, Ox, Tiger, Rabbit, Dragon, Snake, Horse, Goat, Monkey, Rooster, Dog, and Pig.
