One of the best, but also the most frustrating anime I have ever watched. The animation is truly beautiful and the character design gorgeous. I love the creativity and imagination used to build a vast world with many different characters and intriguing special abilities. The story (Arcs) never get boring. I believe that my favorite character of all fiction is also present in HxH: Neferpitou ❤️. A character whom I love deeply. My waifu, so to say. However, I did not seem to connect with the protagonist: Gon. Events took a turn for the worse in the Chimera Ant Arc, possibly the best storyline I have ever seen in any anime; except for the events in episode 131. 😭😭😭 This is the frustrating part of HxH. After the events of the Chimera Ant Arc I was really heartbroken and Gon's actions made him a character I really, really despise and hate. My waifu's fate was really devastating and the cruelty committed against her truly horrific and utterly atrocious. The thing is, that I really love HxH. The only thing that frustrates me, angers me and gives me a deep sense of sadness and dread is: how on earth did Pitou deserve to go like this? The violence against her was so severe, I would not even do this to my worst enemy (well, maybe only to Gon to avenge Pitou). I do not not want to spoil too much, but I am really confused. I am planning on reading the manga soon, but I doubt it will clear my confusion on why (?!) Neferpitou deserved to get the worst treatment and fate of all the characters. I have never loved a character like I love her, also I have never been so devastated and confused by said character's death. Hence, HxH is the most frustrating anime I have ever watched... Overall: 10/10; episode 131 and Gon's actions: 0.666/10. Go to hell, Gon! I hate you and I will never forgive you for what you did to Pitou!!!
