(1/2) tl;dr: I Think Kirishima is an sp/sx 7w6 (I see so 6 traits over any 8 traits- he follows all orders from Yoshino, his aunt, Gaku, Renji, etc, says Gaku/Yoshino own him, and puts on a friendly face to get the things he wants- and he's been that way since he was a child). Ch 35-37 confirmed this for me. He comes off as an ENTP because he's an sp 7w6 (and people unfortunately associate that "vibe" with Ne doms), but he doesn't use Ne (divergent thinking/abstractly relating unrelated physical stimuli) in the story. And then there's the conversation between Renji and Kirishima in ch 36: R: And then there's you. You've never been scared of anything in your life, have you? Maybe you'll figure it out, when you meet Yoshino. K: You think I should be scared of Yoshino? R: That's not what I meant. Death is a lot more terrifying when you've found something to live for. The possibility of losing someone special seems so much worse than the thought of never meeting them in the first place. That kind of thing. K: ... R: Gaku may own you, but if you're not willing to risk your life then I understand. Just get Yoshino back to Osaka and I'll take care of the rest. Flash forward to Kirishima holding Yoshino in the car, reflecting on his memories of her--> K: Oh, so THAT's what he meant. And then there's the convo between Kirishima and Yoshino about dying in ch 37: Y: Why didn't you go to the hospital? K: I guess I was trying to figure out if I would survive first. Y: Eh? K: But I realized my injuries weren't so bad. Y: What are you taking about? K: When I die I don't want anyone to find me. That way my death will be unconfirmed, I'll be considered missing. If I'm missing and presumed dead, it might help keep you safe. Because if anyone tries to come after you, they won't know for sure if I'm dead or alive. I'm not sure if I should say this, but...that uncertainty might be enough to stop them from trying anything. I'm responsible for getting you to safety if something happens. And if I can't I'll sacrifice myself for you. If I can, I'll line up a replacement and if I'm about to die, I have to disappear. Those are the rules. Y: Did Gramps ask you to do that? K: He didn't ask me to do it, he told me not to let you die. The rest was my choice. You said you'd **** up my life. But my life was ****** up from the moment we met. And I couldn't be happier.
