I don't think he demonstrated too much Fe to be an INFJ or perhaps an ISFJ. Seems to me more like people can't imagine INTJs being personable in any way, and assume them to be just always analytical, and very robot-like. However, INTJs have tertiary Fi, and the girls are a group he is indeed close to. It is family for him. When you look at how he makes decisions, he's very pragmatic. He's willing to make the hard choices, despite sentiment. There's a very good use of Ni and Te on him despite his gentle nature, he plans for the future very well and seems to be always 10 steps ahead once he's got enough info about each and every situation he and the girls are in. He has very good leader-like skills and they all seem to be pretty natural for him, it's like he's born a leader, but doesn't seem to care for such role, his gentle and sweet nature is definitely correlated to his high set of values (Fi) and him being SP6, but I still think that he's still more analytical rather than just sentimental. Just notice how he's always inside his head, thinking about his life, his "family" and the circumstances he'll be facing in the future. He was so caught up in thought inside his head to even notice the warning on the door in EP01-S01, saying "The lock is broken, knock on the door first". He's EXTREMELY quick to read people, know their intentions as soon as he get in contact with their mere existence, in a matter of seconds he can tell what's going on and what's the deal with that person in question. He has very wide knowledge about a lot of different things, but mostly, combat-related stuff, in Season 01 when he was about to face the other 3 heroes, he schematized things absurdly well with Mio and Maria when they were eating under the tree, considering all the circumstances they were in at the moment. He's often misunderstood (Mostly by Mio). I think his good use of Se has more to do with his training as a kid, he developed more of it from an early age, that's why he's good a keeping up with very feisty combats, also Enneagram 6 tends to believe that the best defense is a good offense due to their fearful nature, hence why he's so quick to act once he believes that his loved ones and himself as well are in danger. Calm and Organized, despite being aggressive if he concludes that he has to be violent. There seems to be a problem when dealing with his Shadow Functions, most specifically his Si Demon(Trauma). He is always being bothered by it, the traumatic past where he accidentally destroyed a huge amount of his friends and close ones as a kid's bothering him and preventing him from being at full peace with himself, his subconscious always keeps reminding him even when he doesn't want to remember it, otherwise, he doesn't seem to be stuck to the past at all. He is kinda reluctant to change his life by having new "sisters" at first because of his fearful core that feels uncertain about the approach of new people to his family (only him and his father), that's why he's reluctant at first, but eventually, he comes along and ends up accepting them (Mio and Maria). I've also seen this argument in another comment, but I think it works for this case too (Copy-Pasted): "Looking at his Big 5, we see that it is Organized rather than Unstructured. There are already scientific experiments that ended up showing a strong correlation between U/O in the Big 5 and P/J in the MBTI, respectively. (https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/0191886996000335?via%3Dihub). In other words, being Organized in the Big 5 is a high sign of having an extroverted judgment function Je in a high position in the pile of cognitive functions. And why is that? Because both Te and Fe are concerned with arranging the world around them, whether rationally or emotionally. Of course JUST looking at this is not enough, we must look at the functions, but in the case of Basara, it is clear that it is about Te. From that perspective, I would say he is INTJ, Ni-Te-Fi-Se, rather than ISFP, Fi-Se-Ni-Te." In my opinion, people is just really mistaking a very healthy INTJ-E6 by a "feeling" type and aren't giving him the benefit of the doubt of being an actually nice and very kind hearted "Analyst" type. His Intuition seems to be just very balanced with his heart rather than him being a "feeler" type. INTJ - Self Preservation Six: "This subtype is warm and friendly. They disguise their fear by being soft and kind, and not aggressive. They feel fear as separation anxiety and try to attract strong protectors and allies to feel more protected. They are actively fearful and often “phobic,” running away from danger (flight, not fight). They experience the most doubt and uncertainty, and trust others more than themselves. They are the most fearful of being angry, and they hesitate the most and ask the most questions. But they don’t answer any." https://www.personality-database.com/profile/344802/selfpreservation-six-enneagram-subtypes-mbti-personality-type

The son of Jin Tōjō, Basara Tōjō was just starting life as a high school student at Hijirigasaka Academy when he got word that he was going to have two new sisters (Which turned out to be a ruse.) After setting things straight with them, he has become Mio's protector against the faction of demons who want to strip her of the power granted by her father, the former demon lord.
