Not an Fi dom. Harold is both a clear example of an INTP and a type 5. He uses knowledge as an escape from the world and as a defense mechanism. His Ti is how he understands the world and he never stops analyzing the situations around him. He uses Fe>Fi. He decides to betray the free zone because he feels he never fits in and holds on to resentment about being ostracized. To me, that seems rather Fe inferior. I don’t think he was an evil character, he was just manipulated by Flagg and had a tumultuous past that he constantly carried with him.
