Yeji is the type of person who is calm on the outside but it is always mentioned by both her and the other members that she internalizes problems and stresses a lot, not someone who shares a lot of emotions publicly. She has already said that she feels frustrated about the fact that she feels responsible for many things but has difficulty asking for help. Despite having a great leadership spirit, Yeji has already mentioned that in the beginning she was not in favor of being the leader of the team, a very common situation among ISFJs. Even being a "relaxed" person and easy to get along with, several times we could see situations in which Yeji lost a little of her passive posture to keep things in order. She is very fond of individual time and the girls often say that she spends a lot of time alone in her room, and from what has been understood, Yeji likes to have time to relax and meditate. On the other side of her personality, we have a child prodigy who has always been extremely competitive (so much so that she was known to always participate in sports and dance competitions since she was a child) and focused on achieving her goals, often exceeding her own health limit. It has already been mentioned by her that in her childhood she was seen as a child with a sad and passive appearance, which I still see in her today and I find a strong trace of the melancholic aspect in her temperament (which I honestly do not understand why it was not voted here). There are several reasons why I don't think Yeji has a sanguine temperament: 1. Sanguines are naturally uninhibited people, and that's not a very noticeable trait in Yeji. She is quite shy and is not the type of person to get into group conversations or take the initiative in a conversation with anyone. 2. They have a hot and humid, warm temper, which is not very expressive in Yeji. I would say that she has a rather cold temperament. 3. Inconstancy is something very present in sanguine people, either because they always change their minds or plans, or because they easily give up on actions or because they have a certain amount of procrastination to carry them out. Yeji has always been seen as an extremely persistent and centered person. 4. Yeji definitely lacks the impulsiveness that is relevant among Sanguines. She always proves to be someone who thinks a lot and hesitates before taking a step, always careful. I believe — I'm not sure — that Yeji is a person of mainly phlegmatic temperament, both because of her certain individuality and because she is seen as someone humanitarian and rational. Phlegmatics are certainly easy quitters and I don't think Yeji applies to that side of the personality, but there is the melancholic undertone to match her orderly and dedicated temperament. I've also seen some ISFP votes for her MBTI and this is another typing that I don't think is right. ISFPs' dominant function is Fi, and Yeji is clearly a Fe-aux, someone who takes the state of her people around her very seriously in making decisions. The ISFPs' Se-aux makes even less sense with her, considering that Yeji is clearly a Si-dom, which combined with her Fe-aux, brings her the profile of someone who has a certain responsibility and care for situations and the harmony around her. I don't think this needs to be exemplified, as we could clearly see this from her pre-debut in Stray Kids to her current period as leader. I see her enneagram as 1w9, a perfectionist and balanced person. I would say her tritype is 137, as Yeji has a strong individual need for external approval and to perform well in her projects, it's almost like a personal law. Even though she likes to be praised and admired (type 3), she remains a modest person and doesn't exactly want to stand out (type 9). 1w9 fits Yeji perfectly, as someone who doesn't want to relate exactly to people, but to their ideals and values, in addition to her strong appreciation of nature and individual meditation. Additional: in a recent interview, Yeji said that she don't want to show a state in which she is not able to get things done and wants to always look prepared (I see a lot of this in the melancholic contribution and in the enneagram type 3). She also mentioned that she was seen as a role model for those in her midst and she likes to be organized and disciplined. "[...] better than saying 'let's do this' is saying 'what if we do this?' [...] it's a five-member gathering with different thoughts and values. If someone says 'let's do this', another will come up with a different opinion saying 'but you know what?'. I think the atmosphere and response are better when I bring the conversation up in a way that puts a question mark in my opinion." this is a typical thought of a 1w9 ISFJ. In the same interview, she mentioned that she feels her energy being drained when she is in places with many people and that she recharges by being alone. Well, that's a strong point of a mostly introverted personality.
