Having inferior Ne doesn't mean that she can't use it properly. A **developed** ISJF can use it to try unfamiliar things even if they don't want to. She has always been quite developed as a person with a strong resolve from the very beginning. And Si is definitely greater than Ne. Even when she used her powers to heal Hawk, she wasn't like "Who am I, how did I do that?" She was just like "Cool! Now I can heal people :)"
