Idk it's really hard to type someone with a mental illness because that can affect one's personality so much. But I will say the ISFP 4w5 typing seems to fit the most because his feelings are rather intense and private to him. I guess extroverted sensing could be seen in his being good on his feet in the kitchen and wanting to remain present despite his hallucinations. There's also his introverted intuition where he has a goal of attending culinary school but struggles to look past his schizophrenia for it becoming a real dream. Then, his extroverted thinking makes sense when he lashes out to his mom and Paul whenever he gets upset. However, I know this isn't a great idea to type him since he has mental health issues but that's my best guess. Also, type four wing five makes sense because he believes nobody can understand him and he has a tendency to self-pity and overthink things with his introspective reflective nature.
