First movie analysis mostly: If you think about it, guy has training from his CIA days, you'd think he was taught how this works and in his 'internal' journal he has build via his work experience, he would start classifying people based on their behavior and traits, which would easily allow him to judge people based on that. This could be Si not Ni. A Ni user would be much more open minded, Jack is only letting people who fit his Fi and pass the test of his Si in his inner circle. (keeping the unpredictable Ne dangers at bay or away) A Ni user would also put 1 and 1 together and would know by now that his son smokes pot and not really Greg, who was 'framed' for it, Jack went strictly by the evidence there. Also INTJ would usually be more rebellious to traditions and such, some of those would stop making sense due to absence of Si, Jack seems to breath tradition. A compelling argument is that Greg is ENFP and total opposite of Jack ISTJ, whole movie focus is about the dynamic between the two and the cringe situations that arise from it. His poem in the first movie dedicated to his mother was also quite devoid of any abstractions. He also seems to be hesitant to accept new things, always sticks to the plan no matter what. His character ark revolves around this and at the end he becomes more open-minded to things and starts accepting the Focker's usage of (Ne) which is his inferior function. ISTJ in my view for the first movie. Next movies he seems to be more intuitive oriented, maybe just his Ne is more developed.
