Her judgment of Achilles likely comes from her Fi not Ni. Fi is the function that makes the strongest moral judgments and is often harsher than others since it judges by internal standards which are less flexible. She sees Achilles as a killer, which makes him problematic too her, but learns to see his others sides over time. She also seems very proud and unwilling to adapt to those around her, which would be more likely for a Fi user.
