I think that ENFJ is closer than ENTJ, but that the functions are in the wrong order. I genuinely believe that Zeus is an ESTP, I’ll explain why: (Se) - We see him prioritize physical pleasures and other kinesthetically based activities, like meddling with mortals, over virtually all other responsibilities, despite the trouble that it consistently lands him in. His mind’s wandering eye is usually focused on the here and now, more often than not giving little credence to the future or past, unless the immediate situation calls him to do so. He revels in directing most of his time and energy to partying, "trolling" and the like, based on what he finds to be the most stimulating set of events from a sensory standpoint. He’s very much a "react and adapt" type of guy by default, he’s simply learned to pull up himself up by his bootstraps when need be. A Te-dom would probably be less impulsive and more responsible as well as organized in his position, Zeus is more about opportunism than prudence. The world in the present is simply Zeus’ element. (Ti) - He tends to rely on a detached internal framework reasoning when making both meager and substantial judgements, we see this a lot when he is formulating plans and deciding means of resolving disputes. Zeus is known to completely disregards the logical reasoning and established data of others in favour of his own theory whenever it suits him. And as he gets older, he is shown to be prone to using said internal framework to come up with unique ways of resolving conflicts and solving problems, without the process of relying on inductive reasoning, or external causality. Though, this meets all manner of trouble we he actively disrupts the objective mechanical standard that society operates, due to his individualistic approach. Ultimately, when Zeus make decisions he always adheres to his system of “cost benefit analysis” to see what he can get away with. (Fe) - Then he obviously has well developed emphasis on tribal emotional resonance, with how he acts as a mediator for many of the social issues that arise in Greek mythology, and he’s savvy enough to consistently do so effectively. Zeus isn’t just good at reading situations and people to resolve issues, but he’s effectively driven by the ethics of those around himself. Most of his social judgements were implemented in the form of him just trying to keep the peace at large, as a judge of all. He actually has pretty weak displays of authenticity and personal sentiment, with most of what he does either serving society at large or him deviating from that completely in order to serve his own hedonistic purposes. Very rarely do we actually see him use any sort of Fi framework decision making. He also has a tendency to be superficial and manipulative, which is less common with Fi (though it obviously still happens). (Ni) - Lastly, Zeus seems to have a developed sense of convergent intuition, which is partially why he may be typed as ENTJ, but it’s not that simple. The fact is Zeus is simply more interested in what is happening in the moment in the physical world and how he can manipulate to his advantage/enjoyment, over his interpretation what his experiences mean or what the consequences to his actions are. However, he has been shown to use his Ni exceedingly well in a number of cases in order to construct an apt course of action for how he believes that the world is progressing and gain a symbolic perspective. But it’s not his basic state, he’s more prioritized with the concrete, physical world and its many opportunities. For example, Zeus naturally adapts to the needs of the social atmosphere and often makes snap judgements in accordance with it, using his Se-Fe over Ni as a weapon of control over others. I think him being labeled as ENTJ partly comes from stereotypes, Zeus may seem like an idealized commander type, and but that's just him embodying those stereotypes for having thousands of years to get good practice ruling over the gods. If you actually look at him in his natural state from a cognitive function standpoint, his thought process and subsequent actions are more consistent with that of an ESTP.

The king of the gods, Zeus (pronounced zoos) wears a white tunic and carries his shield, Aegis, which bears the likeness of the head of the first medusa. A white celestial giant eagle is always at Zeus's side. Though he's the youngest of the six original children of Cronus and Rhea, Zeus took the high-up spot among them because of his might and his shrewd handling of their tyrannical father. Today, armed with a thunderbolt forged by the Cyclopes, Zeus holds his position through awe and fear. When the other deities have a disagreement they can't resolve, or when they threaten to tear Olympus apart in their squabbles, Zeus steps in, and with a heavy hand disciplines them until they settle down. Zeus is the embodiment of reason and emotion welded together. To tell the truth, he's far more often passionate than logical, and that's caused him no end of trouble. See, while he's Hera's husband, he's lusty and lustful, and he's fathered more children among the mortals than even Hera could track down. Zeus means well, to be sure, but sometimes a person can't help but wonder if he took Hera for his wife as a symbolic gesture to affirm his standing as head of the pantheon. His palace is at the highest point of Olympus, its halls inlaid with gold and precious gems. Zeus's wife also rules in these halls, and it's because of her that he takes on secret forms to slip out for his dalliances. Hera keeps a remarkably close eye on her husband, but it doesn't stop him from trying to escape the white marble of their palace. Sometimes, the place seems more like a cage for the wayward deity.
