Ok but legit though, how in the hell is he not a 3 Obvious ESTPs CONSTANTLY have the 7w8 votes along with them. Even if... they don't show any behavior that would point to them being a 7 core. I swear so many tf2 charas are mistyped. Let's review some aspects of scout's personality Even just in meet the scout, traits of a 3 can already be seen in him. He's overbearingly boastful about what he's good at, inflating his own ego. He feels the need to be recognized for his own "accomplishments." in meet the director we can see that he had been talking about himself for over 5 hours. "I- I dont even know where to start with you. Do you even know who youre talkin to?" "Basically; kinda a big deal." "Oh man, that's beautiful." In other media though, we can see he's obviously just putting up a front to mask his insecurities. Like in expiration date, he's well aware that spy is better than him with ~ladies~ though he's more than unwilling to admit it. In blood in the water i think, when saxton and maggie start calling him puny and sh/t he gets super ticked. In the naked and the dead, when he meets up with ms pauling again, he hyperbolizes what happened making him seem super strong. Not to mention in meet the director again; "hey, you ever seen me with my shirt off? cuz it is AWESOME." I know a lot of 7s, and none of them are as concerned with their image as scout is. a 7 will be more concerned with avoiding negative feelings by being overly positive, hyperactive, and the like. While i can see parts of this in scout, its nothing compared to his need to be the best, recognized for his talents, yadda yadda. Also i just said 3w4 since w4s are more prone to involving their identity in work, things they do, whatever, and i think this is fitting for him but i guess i could see w2 as well?

Real name: Jeremy The Scout is an American hailing from South Boston, but somehow has a Bronx accent. A narcissistic braggart with an ego the size of the Soviet Union, Scout is always ready to hype himself up with overly-inflated praises and trash-talk his enemies. Moreover, he's an obvious baseball fan, given his baseball cap, bat, and sports-themed accessories. The Scout is canonically the youngest of eight brothers, son of a single mother, and grew up on the streets trying to pick fights alongside his siblings and thus had to learn to run fast to join the brawls first. He coincidentally looks and sounds exactly like Vince Offer, and to some extent even has a similar personality.
