I think the case can be made ENFJ based on his Se, which seems more Tert than Inf and can override his Ni. After the 2nd visit to the Earthpulse he comes after Velvet's group and even after they escape on a ship, wants to go after them. He's only stopped by Artorius and Melchior (Ni-doms) telling him that he should instead focus on the big picture Ritual of Suppression and that only under very specific conditions could be he stopped. Fe is really good at how he pushes Velvet's buttons, and Inf-Ti seems as plausible as Tert-Ti.
