Governor Scott Buxton is the main antagonist of the 2022 historical epic film RRR. Scott is the authoritative governor of Telengara and Andra Pradesh during the British Raj of 1920. He demonstrates an oppressive nature towards the natives and rules them like a dictator, sparking many rebellions and revolutions in an effort to overthrow him. In his effort to demolish those efforts, he becomes a target of the tribal rebels Alluri Sitarama Raju and Komaram Bheem. Scott has demonstrated himself as being cruel, racist, and oppressive just because he can. He treats the empire subjects as slaves and accessories who exist only for his pleasure and has no care about who he hurts trying to achieve his own ends.
