I believe she is ENFP as she used her extraverted intuition to intuit the meaning of the Dior dresses. She is viewing them abstractly as symbols of elegance and embodying her Fi values. She then uses her Te to hatch the plan to procure a dress (and later in organizing the workers). Her attention to detail is seen in her meticulous budgeting to afford her dream. I believe the ESFJ people are claiming to see is due to some narrow stereotypes. She is always seeking primarily to achieve her dream FiTe. To use an 8 function model, of course, Enfps will still have good use of Fe. But its important to see where her values are coming from. They are very internal and this is how she was able to stand up to the oppressive social norms at Dior - a company that felt she wasn’t worthy of one of their dresses. Though ESE (ESFj in socionics) is certainly a possibility and can account for the confusion. In this case it’s important to parse her social roles (which can seem Fe) and the actual cognitive functions shes using (NeFiTeSi)
