They are calm and patient, but their need for stability and safety is fortified, with a need to do things with more precision and dedication. For them, it's essential to have a fix routine and predictability. They are the least manipulative of the Phlegmatics. Although they rather be alone, when they have to participate of the social situations, they will stay on their own or with someone they know, preferably someone that won't force them to do what they are not good at. Getting out of their confort zone is a nightmare for them, as they loose all the stability they built.
