I doubt anyone will see this but I do agree on hotaru being ISXJ since his usage of Si-Ne is really there, but I really don’t see him as ISTJ. mainly because he doesn’t use much Te or Fi .. like at all. So I feel like ISFJ makes the most sense for him.
