phin is too direct and straightforward to be an INFP. when you’re escaping roxxon with her she gives direct orders like “i need you over there, do this, do that”. very pushy and uses as few words as possible like an ni dom. i get that she was beefing with miles atp but INFPs don’t act like that regardless. using her overbearing fi to argue for INFP also isn’t enough. fi tert can be just as annoying. an INFP voter claimed she was “too emotional” to be an INTJ, but as long as you understand functions on a basic level you’ll know that ixtjs are the most emotional thinkers. one decent INFP argument claimed she doesn’t have strong ni as she didn’t predict the outcome of her plan, but i think this misjudgment is precisely bc she’s an ni dom. if her ne was decent she would consider miles’ advice and possible ways she could fck up but she was so stuck in her own ni narrative she didn’t even consider it could go wrong.

Phin Mason, also known by her alias Tinkerer, is the secondary antagonist of Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales. She is the leader of the Underground, who wage war against Roxxon. She's a friend and a possible love interest of Miles Morales. The two grew up together in New York, and became best friends at school. It was there that they worked together to win the "Spacebound Young Researchers Award."
