I'm an INFP and if I have an opportunity to live in the Avatar's world, I will probably choose the water tribe. For me, air nomads are clearly INFJ. They are feelers with a deep connection with the spirit's world and they practice a lot the culture of detachment. They are very spiritual and care for the world in general (Ni-Fe) and they live in the present moment (Se).
