Edit - My initial analysis was wrong based on the limited info we have in the show. ENFJ is a better fit. Having reviewed Psychological Types I agree there is better evidence for Fe dom in the show. The ultimate question is whether the perceiving function (Ni-Se) takes precedence over the rational one (Fe-Ti). Even considering the simple definition of Extraversion vs Introversion provided by the Myers Briggs official site suggests Honda to be an extrovert, if what we see is all there is to her. "Extraversion–Introversion (E–I): Do you prefer to get your energy from, and focus your attention on, the outside world of people and things (E) or your inner world of thoughts, feelings, and reflections (I)?" Her attention clearly is focused on the outside. So I stand corrected, unless future evidence clearly shows otherwise. ----------------- Old argument: She has excellent reading of others (Fe) and appears to be the "mature" one in the ensemble. (Fe, Ni) However, doesn't she seem rather reserved? In most of the show, she is almost exclusively shown together with Nishi. Her conversations almost always have some kind of universal generalization of behavior akin to a distant observer. Based on this, I think INFJ would be a more suitable typing for her.
