Definitely Fe leading. His manipulative and narcissistic nature shows in how he presents himself as a savior of skeletons by giving them an escape to their past mistakes in wearing human skin as to hide their robotic nature and, thus, cutting ties with what happened during the Second Empire. I believe Savant's wish to "save" skeletons is genuine and he cares for their well-being, this is proven by how his bandits talk about him, the way he tries to save you if you talk to him as a skeleton, and also the fact that he's the only human who can walk among them without being attacked and stripped of his human skin. Still, his narcissistic and psychopathic traits are very showing in the way he prefers skeletons over humans - for the simple fact that they don't argue with him, the same way a psychopathic narcissist love animals and small kids because of their obedience and lack of individuality - and he doesn't mind humans dying in the most horrible ways if it fits the accomplishment of his vision and the satisfaction of his followers (Fe-Ni). Despite him not being a very important and detailed character in the world of Kenshi, I still find Savant to be one of the most interesting and the way robots would wear human skin as a manner to behave like humans is a truly fascinating idea. He's still a monster and deserves to get peeled off from his own machines, though. Until all his limbs fall apart. Then healed. Then put back in the machine again. Repeating this process several times. Until you get bored of torturing him and he dies of hunger in his prison cell. That totally did not happen in my playthrough at all, I'm just saying that as an example. (●'◡'●)
