I think the ENFP votes in this page spring from misconceptions about Se as a function. Extraverted Sensing does not equate to being a thrill-seeking adrenaline junkie, only doing things "for the hell of it." In the same way, as already mentioned in a comment below, being progressive does not equate to Ne. In fact, being progressive is more correlated to judging functions, and not perceiving functions such as Se or Ne. Se and Ne are perceiving functions, which determine how people gather information around them. The key difference between these two is that Ne explores and gathers information in the theoretical realm (via intuition) while Se gathers information through real-life experiences (via senses). This is why Se is often associated with immediate action (physically involving oneself in a situation as means to gather information). There are many times in the series where Klay just dives into many situations without much thinking and deliberation (ex: diving into the lake, jumping at the excavation to save Ibarra, going back to the prison cell to save Fidel and the others). I argue that this tendency of hers shows the imbalance in her Se-Ni perceiving axis. As much as anyone may also throw themselves into dangerous situations to save the people valuable to them, we can see how Klay CONSISTENTLY goes into things to immediately gather info about it through her physical involvement (Se dominant). We can also see her often do these impulsive acts without a plan (Ni inferior). As soon as a crisis arises, she does not want to stand around thinking about the possibilities on how to go about the situation, as a strong Ne user would. Instead, she wants to do something about it as soon as she can. This is Se-dominant function in action. Ne as a perceiving function would prefer bouncing off ideas and possibilities about a certain situation to gather information about it, whereas, Se, as a perceiving function, would gather information in a more hands-on way. The latter is what Klay always does. Although we can see her do this throughout the entire series, I will give an example from the episode I am currently watching (may contain spoilers to those who are not in this episode yet hehe). Ep 79 - In this episode, Klay cannot even sit still for even just a moment to ponder about the possibilities of what happened to Ibarra. Klay's immediate response to things is to DO SOMETHING about it. Instead of thinking about the possible places of where to find Ibarra, and use her intuition to find where he is, Klay just went wherever without much thought because she wants to immediately start searching for him and possibly find him as soon as she can (Se-Te). Klay's explosiveness and strong values can be associated with her strong Fi and her enneagram. But when it comes to how she perceives/gathers information about things, she clearly uses Se over Ne.

Klay is a Gen Z nursing student who aims to work and bring her family abroad. She is almost graduating soon, but not until she failed a minor subject—the Rizal Studies. Klay believes that this subject is irrelevant to her life and future career. Mr. Jose Torres, Klay’s professor, gave her another chance to pass Rizal Studies and he lent her a book of Noli Me Tangere. Klay had not even read several pages of the novel when she got bored and fell asleep. The mystery begins when Klay wakes up in the world of Noli Me Tangere! Much to her surprise, Klay finds Mr. Torres in the alternate timeline. Klay was told that she can only return to the present once she finishes the book and learns all the lessons from the novel of Dr. Jose Rizal. source: TheManilaBulletin Played by #BarbieForteza
