I honestly see why one would type them as an INTJ, given the high Ni that they exhibit and the rationality in the way they operate, but at the same time Chief is shown to be self-sacrificing too many times to not have a high Fe. In the new event Eirene points out how Chief cares too much about their sinners, and while Eirene has no qualm in considering others as "pawn" and using them to her advantage (to achieve the best functional outcome and the one that works for her in the best way // Te behaviour), Chief is often shown to prefer endangering themselves than risking the lives of other people, even if it means not pulling off the best conceivable plan (not at all a tertiary Fi behaviour, but more like an auxiliary Fe in my opinion). They greatly value the harmony of the Bureau, and don't consider themselves to be better or superior than others. Moreover, Chief always tries to have a good relationship with each and every sinner, empathizing with them (for example with Wendy in the third phase of the interrogation) and often giving in when they request something (supervision incidents).
