Seriously ya’ll are typing by stereotypes In Season 3 Episode 34 Mackenzie was under ti-si loop. He also has inf Fe, he wanted solitude but can’t explain why. I will expain further why he was under ti-si loop. In his memory where he thought his mother left him by the slide, I believe he wanted solitude because it reminded him of that certain past where he thought he was lost. As an INTP when we are stuck in the past we tend to figure it out before moving forward(when stuck in ti-si loop), same goes to Mackenzie. For mackenzie to figure out his past I believe Mackenzie played the space game and do it all over again to figure it out, Hence he was able to remember that he was never lost, and was able move forward then.
