Chiharu and Makina are back after getting arrested for highway speeding. Now, along with a group of other recently convicted delinquents, they must spend the next week performing community service by cleaning the Galactic Limited Express, otherwise known as the Milky☆Subway. Sounds simple enough...until the train suddenly takes off into deep space while they're on board. With no plan or strategy in mind, this team of misfits must hatch a plan to stop the runaway train before it becomes a crisis of galactic proportions.
