SF9 (에스에프나인) is an eight-member boy group under FNC Entertainment. Originally as nine, they debuted on October 5, 2016, with the single album "Feeling Sensation". Their name stands for 'Sensational Feeling 9', in hopes that the group will shock the world with their talent. The Korean word for nine also sounds like the Chinese character "gu" (久) meaning length, which points to the group's desire to last a long time.
