He's blatantly a Te-dom. Completely focused on tangible results and accomplishing them practically and without fuss. He's not completely averse to new ideas and consequently, his complete lack of sensitivity and tact, as well as his general tendency for outbursts and preoccupation with his own past failings, strikes me more as an ESTJ's Fi-inferior. I'm torn between 1w9 and SP 3w4. He seems predominantly concerned with security and success as a means to it, so I'd lean towards SP 3w4; he doesn't seem like a 6 core but definitely has 6 in his tritype.
