This Rising seems to me as Beta quadra. Either Ruled by mars person will have reddish skin, well build shoulders, might be smaller. Mars is a soldier and a fighter. Yet scorpio is ruled by Ketu as well which also have connection to life and death cycle, mystery, occult. I'm also aware that Scorpio mars isn't like Aries Mars. Scorpio Mars is more self-destructive and Aries Mars is destructive. Both represent knife. Scorpio's knife is either knife of surgeon or murderer(both surgeon and murderer will cut you deep and open you with the knife. Aries knife is more like a sword of knight. (But that's just things I found on Internet. and as Scorpio rising I can say I'm tall, slender and pale, which doesn't really fit to this rising describtion)
