Emanuela Pacotto (born June 7th, 1965) is an Italian dubbing voice actress. While she has dubbed a number of Magical Girls over the years, she is largely remembered for being "the female sidekick to the Stock Shōnen Hero" due to her portrayal of Bulma, Nami, and Sakura. Her other most famous roles are Jessie from Pokémon and Twilight Sparkle from My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic. As an actress, she played a live action version of Meiko from Ai Shite Night in the Italian live adaptation Love Me Licia, though the character was dubbed by another voice actress in the anime.
