Ava is antisocial, very charismatic, sarcastic, hostile, demanding, blatantly self-serving, openly materialistic and conning opportunist that revels in being the center of attention, highly adept at interacting with people closely to get what she wants without necessarily caring for them/knowing their names, runs the school "successfully" through insults, intimidation and wage withholding while also showing a hidden caring side for the students shown in material support through clothing and life lessons on survival.
