Quiet Robe is an elder of the Thoha Chozo tribe. He played a role in the creation of the Metroids on SR388, and was present when the Mawkin massacred his people. He was then taken to ZDR to lead their bioweapons projects, including the planned army of Metroids. He finally acted out by divulging important information to Samus, and was assassinated.
