Fe-dom for sure. Everything is built around getting students to interact on regular intervals on a very controlled schedule. Starts off with an intense orientation process where you have to socialize for 7 days straight and your entire day is organized for you. You are put into groups and are assigned multiple mentors for every aspect of your life. You visit alumni, meet people from other houses and overall complete a to-do list of social interactions. Beer bike (the highlight of school's social life) is also a traditional event that everyone "learns" to like and participate even though it's not that crazy fun. My point is that the Fe-culture is not built on the Ni/Se axis where interactions occur naturally towards a vision, but is built on following an Si/Ne controlled schedule that was designed to manifest certain values.
