Fantoccio is a living puppet, a magical experiment brought to life before being trapped inside an enchanted theater, where he lived alone for many years, having his creative craft and magical abilities. He is egoistical, fun-loving and dramatic, and when Billie arrives into the theater he is overcome with joy at the prospect of something to play with.
