I considered Rosalyn to be Phlegmatic-Sanguine, but I don't see her as that outgoing or cheerful as she's more calm and collected than easy-going and such. I assume she's Phlegmatic [Dominant] as I don't see much of the others showing in her and how she acts. She definitely has to be RCUEI as the other option didn't suit her at all as she's not depressed or any of that negative stuff. She also has to be sp/so as she values learning and improving herself more so she can become the tower master and she values her social/personal connections as well. I've considered her being an sx/so as she likes to indulge herself with knowledge so she can grow, but I believe she's doing that out of her need for security in some way so she can protect her family and be able to defend the western continent if anything were to happen.
