I feel like she's very much a 6 as opposed to a 1. Her vice is clearly fear of losing her family and everything else like she did when she was young as opposed to anger toward her life circumstances or anything else. Her 6 just tends to manifest as perfectionism, and she (over)rules the family with an iron fist to maintain her own security and the life their family has. She spends much of the movie in 3 disintegration overly focused on the family's image, particularly in the eyes of the townspeople and of Isabela's suitor, but is able to integrate to 9 by the end of the movie when she is able to be at peace with herself, her own mistakes, and her family's imperfections and accept her life for what it is.
