I relate to it It's protecting its soft and yummy interior between hard and dark cookie layers, but easily twists apart if you try just a bit (at least in most cases). Seems like a fellow INFP with some social trepidation. They could be shielding all their secret hobbies and creative works that they don't want to get judged for. They're not always fully encased because they hope for someone with similar interests to notice and talk to them. If they're covered in an extra layer of chocolate, I think they'd rather you leave them be. They are introverts after all.
