背景
Eye-Guy is an unnamed freak at the clown circus along with Janet and Douglas. He does not speak, does not blink, and is forcibly chained to his stool. His body language heavily implies that he hates the clowns. He is not given a name in the game, but the clown supervising him in the sideshow tent simply refers to him as "eye-guy". He has the shrived vestiges of a human head at the base of his eye near the back of his neck.
