背景
A stock phrase delivered if one person has really pissed another person off. They might just mean out of the room, but may even mean "Get out of my house" or there may even be an implied "I never want to see you again". Often followed by, "And stay out!". In a more formal organizational setting like the military, the term used can be "Dismissed," spoken by a senior officer who is through with the subordinate causing the irritation, with the sharpness of the tone conveying how much trouble that person is in.
