Jiang Ting really doesn't come across as an INTJ to me. I fail to see how he has Te whilst his Ti is clearly on display for all to see. He takes in information and computes it internally. He submits his conclusion but isn't used to externalizing his thought process or how he reached that conclusion. During investigative scenes, you can practically see the gears turning in his head as he computes all the evidence and information at hand, but he either doesn't/is not accustomed to explaining his thoughts but rather flatly points out his final conclusion as if he fully expects others to understand his thought process and only explains when others ask him specifically. Although his Fe is not as prominently described as his Ti (courtesy of it being detective novel), you can very clearly see moments where he is sensitive to the emotions of others and validates their hardwork. (which INTJs don't typically do to strangers) Also I can't find a trace of Fi in him whilst his Fe is comparably more noticeable. Fi tends to focus first on being true to their own emotions in order to create a sense of inner harmony whilst Jiang Ting seems to make a habit of swallowing his emotions in order to always stay level-headed in solving crimes. It's important to note that not all INFJs are inherently warm people even with Fe in their stack. Some INFJs like Jiang Ting i believe, have their other functions shown more prominently than their Fe, making them appear more cold and distant.
