CC's an xSTJ because he's very past-oriented and uses Te in his factual/objective based decision making. He's big into helping out communities that have significance to him and enjoys serving as an ambassador/representative (unofficially) for baseball. There's YouTube videos on the channel UNINTERRUPTED, in which he enjoys recounting fond memories and experiences from his playing days and that of others, talking about experiences with teammates and other players in the league. CC may act like an extrovert in the social sense, but I think he's definitely Si>Te in that he interprets things more subjectively compared to an ESTJ, who's probably more likely to stick to the facts (or what they perceive to be factual) without considering what's important to them as much on a personal level.
