Lu Feng seems to have too much Fi in him to have it be inferior. I agree that Te is much more prominent, but so is Ni. He mentions his beliefs as a strong reason behind his actions, this is not at odds with Te aux in this case, as he seems to use it to aid himself in his journey to do what he believes is the right thing to do. But the Fi is also pretty obvious when you take into account his behavior towards An Zhe, and the fact he knew from the very beginning what was happening: “The wavering of a person begins with the first soft heart” I’ll probably make something more detailed later but wanted to put this out here first.
