Definitely an Ni user. There's an argument for ISTP, but I think his constant measured approach, and consistent focus on his plan to get out of the layer cake, together with his emphasis on 'business' over personal, lends itself to Se below Ni and Te, and no Fe in his stack. I guess there's also an argument for ENTJ, but he seems so internally focused.
