It's pretty rare for anyone to develop their inferior function, especially in such a young age. I personally don't think that being confident, opinionated , strict and skeptical are signs of being Te dom with a "good Fi", I think those traits are more related to his enneagram than his MBTI... I personally think he tends to act more like someone who cares about social harmony (in a 1 way) and understanding people rather than objective thinking to get things done even if it means ignoring personal feelings/values
