Not actually a witch, Blair is just a cat with strong magical powers. When in human form, she's a Hot Witch and often flirts with Soul in order to fluster him, much to Maka's irritation. Still, however, there's much more to her than she lets on and is a consistent enigma in the series. Blair's magical theme is pumpkins.
