Think we can definitely agree he’s Fe-dominant with his constantly trying to get in between Crozier and FitzJames. When Francis’s mocking comment towards Fitzjames caused an awkward lull at the dinner party, Sir John was the one to try and maintain the peaceable atmosphere by changing the subject. He’s constantly concerned with the morale of the men and trying to keep the spirit up, often chatting them up and making small talk. Attempts to console Crozier and blames himself for not feeling as if he’s made Francis feel invited into the circle. He also allowed Crozier to criticize him about his failed expedition without rebuttal and states an officer is allowed his candor truth. While overall considered a good man, he’s not as good at actual leading or making executive decisions like Crozier(aux Te), which could be indicative of his demon Te really not wanting to rock the literal and metaphorical boat with feuding between his officers.
