my take is he's definitely a Ne-Ti user, i could really see this after watching some vlives. the way he expresses himself and his multiple interests scream Ne to me. another thing i noticed is that when reviewing movies he tends to focus more on the plot and is bothered by inconsistencies/plot holes and a lack of information which strikes me as Ti. you can see that here: https://www.vlive.tv/video/102187 i don't see how anyone can think he's a Fi dom when his Fe is the first thing I noticed in pdx... it's his tertiary function but it's very well developed probably bc of the life experiences he's had, in the show you can see he's very concerned with helping other trainees and tends to put their needs before his bc this all leads to a better performance from the whole team.
